'24 Summer Beach/Grass Program
Sláinte offers training for all levels. Whether you’ve stepped in the sand to play before or are now developing your sand legs, we have the program for you. The season will include developing essential beach volleyball fundamentals, lessons on increasing volleyball IQ, and zoning in on good technique and skill work. The play environment will promote healthy competition, constant opportunities for improvement, lessons on communicating within and outside of the sport, and most importantly, competing at a high level and having fun at the same time.
GRASS & BEACH SEASON
The Intermediate summer grass & beach volleyball season will run from June 13 through July 28.
Membership for the full beach season is being offered at $TBD. This fee will include the following:
2 practices a week on TBD
2 Intra Club mini tournaments (competition against all levels)
4 Intra Club mini grass tournaments (competition against all levels)
Mini tournaments will be half day events, starting at 9am.
Sláinte Grass Tournament League inaugural summer league: Summer details to follow.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Participating in tournaments is optional. The club is not allowed to register players for tournaments, so all players will be required to sign up individually. Please note that tournament fees are not included in the membership fees.

Tournament registration for California Beach Volleyball Association (CBVA) hosted events open up 4 weeks and 1 day from the scheduled event. PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Our practices will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays with the internal tournaments on Saturdays. Times will vary between 3pm to 5pm. Practice times will be confirmed following registration. We will be setting up at Ocean Beach, between Balboa and Cabrillo. If you are unable to attend a practice, please let Coach Justin know in advance. Please note, there will be no training sessions July 3-8 in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.
BEACH SEASON

Mini tournaments will be half day events, starting at 9am.
Full beach program participants can use the code 2023Beach100 to get 100% off on indoor boys or girls sessions (not applicable to positional clinics and non-transferrable)

*Training group placement will be based on years of experience. Coaches will place players into the group that will be best suited for their skill level to provide the appropriate level of training
