We are a dynamic club offering four different levels of teams competing in the prestigious NCVA league. Your Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective training programs to elevate players' skills and performance.
- Lead practice sessions to enhance individual and team techniques.
- Develop game strategies that maximize team success.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help players grow.
- Foster a supportive and cohesive team environment by collaborating with fellow coaches and staff.
- Attend weeknight and weekend practices and participate in tournaments that may require travel outside of San Francisco.
- Uphold the values and standards of our organization.
What We're Looking For
- Mandatory background screening.
- Valid photo ID and proof of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for tournaments.
- Prior club volleyball coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing young athletes.
