Step-by-Step Guide for Joining Sláinte Volleyball Club
Welcome to Sláinte Volleyball Club! Follow these steps to ensure a smooth registration process for your child.
Step 1: Create a Parent Profile in LeagueApps
Go to the LeagueApps registration page.
Select Create a Parent Profile (do not enter your child’s information at this stage).
Fill in your details, including name, email, and password.
Consent to enter your mobile number – this is essential for using the mobile app.
Complete the registration and verify your email.
Step 2: Invite Another Parent Supervisor (Optional)
After creating your Parent Supervisor profile, go to Family Settings.
Select Invite Another Parent Supervisor.
Enter their email and send the invitation.
Once they accept, they will be added to your family group.
This step ensures that both parents/guardians are included in all team communications.
Step 3: Purchase an NCVA Membership for Your Child
Visit the NCVA website: NCVA Membership Page.
Click on the Membership tab.
Scroll to the Boys or Girls Section to find the appropriate membership.
NCVA uses SportsEngine for membership management, so follow the prompts to:
Create a Parent Profile first.
Then create a Child Profile.
Follow NCVA’s instructions to complete the membership process.
Step 4: Link Your Child’s NCVA Profile to Sláinte Volleyball Club
Once you receive your child’s NCVA Membership Number, go to:
Sláinte Volleyball Club Affiliation.
Follow the instructions to link your child’s profile to Sláinte Volleyball Club.
This step is crucial—your child cannot participate in tournaments until they are linked to the club for the year.
Step 5: Stay Connected with the Mobile App
Download the mobile app to stay up to date with schedule changes.
The mobile app will also be the primary way the coach communicates with the team regarding practices and tournament details.

NCVA Membership/SportsEngine Set Up
Go to www.ncva.com and create a parent profile and add your child to that profile. NCVA is the league we play in and the insurance coverage is provided by them. NCVA is in partnership with SportsEngine so you will be redirected to set up the membership number. NCVA membership is mandatory. If you are playing on a team, it is more economical to purchase a full year's membership. Keep the NCVA number handy, you will need to enter that information to LeagueApps.
